Your application will be acknowledged and graduates will be shortlisted based on the completed application form, CV and academic transcript.

Interviews
Your first interview will be held in either Auckland or Christchurch.
- If you are successful you will be invited to our mill for a site visit
- If you are unsuccessful we will phone you or email you

Mid August |
Site Visit and Area Visit
You will be taken for a tour of our mill so you can meet our people and our people can meet you. While you are on site we will get to know you a little better informally and conduct a second interview.
We'll also show you what fun looks like in our part of the country. | |

Employment Offer
- If you are successful we will phone you and make a verbal offer of employment.
A written offer will follow
